All merchants are required to declare that they hold the necessary legal documentation and licenses required to sell their products in Portugal. Buy Local may request additional verification where applicable.

As purchases are made directly with individual merchants, any returns, refunds or complaints must be handled directly between the buyer and the merchant according to the merchant’s own policies and applicable Portuguese consumer law.
